I requested an extension to another full day without an o/night stay. The staff were most obliging, polite and friendly. I am elderly and income is poor so having the accommodation at a fair rate was very helpful. All of the necessary things were there. The bed was very good. All basics are provided. If I need a motel in Benalla again I will definitely return if you are the same managment. Thankyou.

It was easy to find at the entry of the town based on my route. The main part of the room was generally clean and comfortable. The aircon worked well, as did the electric blanket. Menulog was available in the town and found me without trouble. An older style motel well maintained.

the room was large and spacious, clean linen amd towels comfy mattress large tv and nice chairs and table great location with 5minutes walk to shops

Clean comfortable accomodation with good facilities in room even including a microwave oven, not often to be found in a motel room. Good bed, reliable hot shower, flat screen TV. I liked the fact that there was colour in the room, not sterile grey/white/plan walls so common these days. Felt a little like staying at a friend’s home Easy to locate entering Benalla. A last minute booking but would be happy to stay again..

Our room was spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. The twin beds were comfortable and the TV was large. We didn't make use of the pool but it looked inviting. The room was very clean with large windows.

The room was renovated and clean. As we had been camping, it was a nice relaxed evening with watching Netflix from the big bed.

We had a family room for 4 which has 2 rooms separated by the bathroom/toilet , that was excellent for our kids. The room was clean ,quiet and had all we needed, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea. For the price we paid , it was a good place to stay , could not ask for more. My kid left the ear pods (with significant sentimental values) behind after we left for Melbourne, we called the owner/manager who told us to call back the next day after he checked with his staff. We called him the next day ,he told us he had them and would keep them for us. We never expected to get them back but we did when we passed through Benella on our return trip. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice location...bit tired on the outside but could not fault a thing once inside the room...bed was comfy...nice to have actual plates , cups and cutlery... Kettle and toaster! .....there were soap, shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall and soaps and lotions in bathroom alcove....TV worked a treat very big screen and great wifi..... absolutely value for money

Lovely little room, which was light and bright, super clean and was well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. Check in/out was quick and easy and it was great value for money
